Recipe

• 50ml BLOOM Jasmine & Rose Gin
• 5ml Umeshu Sake
• 5ml Passionfruit Syrup
• 20ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake for 30 seconds
3. Strain into a rounded martini glass
4. Garnish with an edible flower if desired.
