• 25ml BLOOM London Dry Gin
• 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 10ml Sugar syrup
• Prosecco or Champagne

Method

1. Combine and shake the first three ingredients with ice
2. Strain into a chilled champagne flute
3. Top with prosecco or champagne
4. Garnish with edible flowers
